Description:
We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our Production & Application Support team in the financial sector, working across Windows and Linux (Open Systems) environments.
These roles are focused on ensuring the stability, monitoring, and automation of critical applications and batch processes that support the organisation’s core financial operations.
We have two open positions, both within the Operations area but with different focuses and levels of technical depth.
Both positions require fluent English (written and spoken) and regular on-site presence (2 days per week).
A profile oriented towards modernisation and automation of production environments, combining strong operational knowledge with experience in public cloud and container orchestration.
Main Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production environments in Windows and Linux (Open Systems)
Manage and schedule batch jobs using Control-M and CFT
Support migration and integration with cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management
Use Dynatrace and other monitoring tools to ensure performance and availability
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to automate operational processes
Requirements
Solid experience with Windows and Linux environments
Strong knowledge of Control-M and CFT
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Dynatrace
Experience in the financial sector is highly valued
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Availability to work on-site 2x per week
Analytical mindset and ability to work in complex production setups
A more traditional operations profile, focused on batch processing, secure file transfers, and database management in on-premises financial environments.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and monitor batch processes using Control-M and TWS
Handle secure file transfers through CFT and Connect:Express
Investigate and resolve operational incidents
Perform data checks and validations on DB2 databases
Ensure service continuity and application stability in production
Requirements
Strong background in Windows and Linux (Open Systems)
Experience with Control-M, TWS, and CFT
Knowledge of Connect:Express and DB2
Familiarity with EGEN is a plus
Experience in the financial sector is highly valued
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Availability to work on-site 2x per week
