Description:
Boom it is expanding its team and is looking for a Functional Analyst/Programmer for a prestigious project in the financial sector in Portugal. If you have experience in CRM Dynamics 365 and a strong aptitude for Functional Analysis, get in touch with us.
You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that combine business and regulatory rules with architectural best practices. The focus will be on implementing and customizing workflow rules in CRM Dynamics 365.
Functional Analysis & Solution Design:
Design functional solutions that meet requirements, business rules, regulatory standards, and architectural guidelines.
Apply best practices in functional analysis (processes, flows, logical data design, HPSM, CTI, Tibco interfaces, files, and information mapping).
Support and Monitoring:
Support Business, Product, and Implementation areas in clarifying functional and application rules.
Implementation in CRM Dynamics 365:
Implement and parameterize business workflow rules, using out-of-the-box features of CRM Dynamics 365.
Perform changes and creation of coded components (C#, JavaScript, SQL) and customizations (data model, entities, forms, and views).
Quality and Testing:
Design test cases and perform manual testing.
Support test automation efforts.
Proven experience in Functional Analysis of information systems.
Experience in application software development, preferably with C#, JavaScript, and SQL for SQL Server.
Experience in business processes and application mapping.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL Databases.
Knowledge of data modeling (logical and conceptual level).
Proficiency in the Portuguese language (spoken and written).
Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
Knowledge of CRM products/applications, with strong interest in CRM Dynamics.
Knowledge of modeling languages, such as UML.
General knowledge of information systems (architecture, organizational design, etc.).
