Description:
We are looking for a COBOL Programmer to join our Boom IT team, on a project for a prestigious client in the financial sector. If you have over 3 years of experience and are looking for a new technical challenge, send us your CV.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years programming in COBOL.
Mandatory Technical Knowledge:
COBOL and CICS Programming.
Data modeling (DB2).
Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken).
English for reading and technical writing.
Desirable Knowledge:
Understanding of information systems architectures.
Test design methodologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree or technical course in areas such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
Personal Skills: We are looking for someone who is rigorous, has strong analytical skills, and can easily communicate and collaborate with the team.
Programming in COBOL, CICS, and DB2.
Performing unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality.
Employment contract or B2B (Freelance) agreement.
Hybrid work model.
Workplace in Alfragide (Portugal).
